My Path to This Work

This work became personal long before it became professional. I’ve always had an interest in health and wellness – how we feel, how we function, and how the choices we make impact our daily lives. I was always someone who cared about nutrition and creating a healthy lifestyle for myself and my family. But like many people, there came a point where things stopped making sense. 

I found myself navigating a season of high stress and significant life transitions, including changes in my personal life, experiences that impacted not only my circumstances, but how I felt physically and emotionally. At the same time, I began experiencing shifts in my body – weight changes, disrupted sleep, low energy, and even hair loss. I sought answers but quickly realized how fragmented the system can be. 

Each symptom was addressed separately, but no one was connecting the dots or helping me understand the bigger picture. It was confusing, and at times, frustrating to navigate on my own. So, I started asking deeper questions. That journey led me to understand how interconnected everything truly is – stress, hormones, nutrition, lifestyle, and the way we move through life’s challenges. 

By focusing on root causes and making intentional, sustainable changes, I was able to restore my health, regain balance, and feel like myself again – without relying on quick fixes. That experience didn’t start my passion for this work, but it deepened it. And it’s why I’m so committed to helping others feel supported, understood, and guided in a way I didn’t have at the time.

How I Work

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I work with high-performing, often high-stress individuals who are ready to understand their bodies and take a more intentional approach to their health.  Together, we focus on:

Energy, metabolism, and weight regulation

Stress, sleep, and nervous system support

Nutrition and sustainable lifestyle changes

Identifying root causes rather than chasing symptoms

Navigating life transitions without losing yourself in the process

When appropriate, I also help guide clients toward deeper levels of support – this may include functional lab testing, targeted supplementation, and access to physician-guided therapies such as hormone replacement, metabolic support (including GLP-1 medications), and peptide therapies. 

These options are never the starting point – they are thoughtfully integrated into your overall plan and used in a way that supports your long-term health, not replaces it. My role is to help you determine if these tools are right for you and to make sure, they’re used safely, effectively, and in alignment with your overall health goals.
